We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your unused product within 30 days. Returns made after 30 days will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Mats with visible signs of use (wear and tear) will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect (see “What is Covered” below).
Please copy and paste the Return Form at bottom of page and include with your return, keeping a copy for your records. Wash+Dry Matsmiths will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the product. Return Postage is responsibility of the purchaser, we do not supply a return shipping label. Original postage is non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We are sorry, but we cannot exchange your mat for another size or design. We will issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of your product, but you will need to place a new order for the product you desire.
Manufacturers Warranty
Matsmiths mats are backed by a 2-year warranty for defects in workmanship.
What is Covered:
- Cracking and peeling of rubber backing.
- Delamination of fabric from rubber backing.
- Excessive tuft loss.
Used Mats with the Following Damages are Not Covered:
- Normal wear, aging, or stains.
- Cuts, punctures, or burn marks.
- Pet damage such as scratching or chewing, etc.
- Improper care or mechanical damage.
